Hedegaard Homes has recently begun construction on the first homes in Whispering Creek.  The new, creek-lined development is on the western edge of Neola, Iowa.

      The first homes will be available in mid to late summer, 2007.  We expect the new homes in Whispering Creek to range from $195,000 to $325,000.
