Hedegaard Homes has recently begun construction on the first homes in Whispering Creek.  The new, creek-lined development is on the western edge of Neola, Iowa.

      The first homes were available in mid-summer, 2007.  New homes are being added regularly.  We expect the new homes in Whispering Creek to range from $195,000 to $325,000.

      Following the hugely successful Eagle Landing development in Underwood, Iowa, Hedegaard Homes is underway on Whispering Creek in Neola.

      All of our homes significantly exceed ENERGY STAR specifications and are individually tested to ensure that they meet or exceed the EPA's National Building Performance Rating System.  This means that you will save up to $1,000/year compared to other similar non-ENERGY STAR homes.  In addition, all of our homes feature highly-efficient CFL lighting.  Your monthly bill for lighting will generally be 75% less than it would be with regular incandescent lighting.
