Hedegaard Homes has recently begun engineering work on the first phase of Hawthorne Hills.  The new development is on the southern edge of Shelby, Iowa.  Hawthorne Hills is conveniently located less than a mile north of I-80 Exit #34.

      The first homes in Hawthorne Hills will be available in late 2007.  We expect the new homes in Hawthorne Hills to range from $170,000 to $250,000.  In addition to the homes already planned after the streets are completed, Hedegaard Homes will build your custom home to your specifications.
