Hedegaard Homes began construction on the first homes in Eagle Landing in 2001.  The development, on the eastern edge of Underwood, Iowa, is almost completed.  Only one home site remains available.  All of the other sites have completed and sold homes.

      The final home site will be a custom home for the next interested homeowner.  We expect the final custom home in Eagle Landing to range from $190,000 to $250,000.

      All of our homes significantly exceed ENERGY STAR specifications and are individually tested to ensure that they meet or exceed the EPA's National Building Performance Rating System.  This means that you will save up to $1,000/year compared to other similar non-ENERGY STAR homes.  In addition, all of our homes feature highly-efficient CFL lighting.  Your monthly bill for lighting will generally be 75% less than it would be with regular incandescent lighting.
